Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ELUZA website and your purchase or use of the Trip Design Blueprint. Full Design and Signature Travel Architecture may also be governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or order confirmation.
These Terms do not limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Who ELUZA is
ELUZA ("ELUZA," "we," "us," or "our") is a New York–based Private Travel Design Studio providing independent pre-booking travel design and decision support.
General contact: design@eluza.co
Legal notices: legal@eluza.co
2. Agreement and eligibility
By using the website, submitting a request, scheduling a Fit Call, purchasing a service, or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
If you provide information or make decisions for another traveler, family, group, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Submitting an inquiry, form, or Fit Call request does not create a client relationship or require ELUZA to accept an engagement. A purchase or engagement becomes active only after the acceptance steps stated for that service have been completed.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls the specific scope, fee, timing, revisions, coordination, and support obligations for that engagement.
3. Website use
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a recommendation for your specific trip, a reservation, or a commitment by ELUZA to provide services.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit materially false information, introduce malicious code, or reproduce or commercially exploit ELUZA content without permission.
4. The Trip Design Blueprint
The Trip Design Blueprint — US$590 is an independent, pre-booking decision document. It makes the structure and reasoning behind a trip visible, including route, sequence, pacing, hotel-area logic, intentional omissions, commitment order, and decisions that remain open.
The Blueprint is not:
- a day-by-day or hourly itinerary;
- a booking or reservation;
- a package holiday or supplier contract;
- booking execution or supplier management;
- ongoing concierge or in-travel support;
- medical, legal, visa, immigration, insurance, tax, safety, or emergency advice; or
- a guarantee of availability, pricing, perks, upgrades, access, or supplier performance.
You remain responsible for making and verifying reservations unless a separate written engagement expressly assigns a task to ELUZA.
5. Payment, intake, acceptance, and delivery
Blueprint fees are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. International card issuers may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees. ELUZA does not collect or store full payment-card numbers through its website forms, email, or planning files.
After payment, you must complete the required briefing. The briefing allows ELUZA to confirm that the Blueprint is an appropriate scope and provides the information needed to begin.
Production begins only after the required briefing has been submitted and ELUZA has accepted the order for production. If ELUZA determines before production that the Blueprint is not the appropriate scope, ELUZA may refund the payment, redirect the request, or—with your agreement—apply the amount toward another service.
Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days after production begins. A delay caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client information may change that timing. If ELUZA expects a material delay for another reason, we will notify you.
The Blueprint is delivered through the Private Travel File as a private, read-only digital document, with a permanent PDF where applicable. The Private Travel File is a delivery environment, not a booking portal or client account.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because the Blueprint is custom, judgment-based work, refunds are available only before ELUZA accepts the order for production—that is, before you have submitted the briefing or before design work has begun.
Once the briefing has been submitted and the order has been accepted for production, the Blueprint fee is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you believe a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, contact legal@eluza.co. We will confirm receipt and review the request under the law applicable to the transaction.
ELUZA service fees are separate from supplier charges. A change to your travel plans, a supplier cancellation, price movement, unavailable inventory, or a decision not to take the trip does not by itself create a refund right for design work already begun or delivered.
7. Finality, clarification, and later changes
The Blueprint is delivered as a final decision document. It does not include a revision round.
If part of the delivered document is unclear, you may submit one consolidated written clarification request within 7 calendar days of delivery. ELUZA will respond within 3 business days after receiving the consolidated request.
Clarification is limited to explaining how to read or apply the decisions already delivered. It does not include:
- new research;
- a new destination or trip;
- rebuilding the route or sequence;
- replacing the agreed structure;
- booking execution or supplier communication;
- ongoing support; or
- work belonging to Full Design or Signature Travel Architecture.
ELUZA may correct a clear factual, clerical, or transmission error in the delivered document. A correction is not a revision round.
If the trip changes after delivery, ELUZA will determine whether the change fits a separately priced Blueprint Recalibration, requires a new Blueprint, or belongs in a deeper engagement. No additional charge or work begins without your approval.
8. Full Design and Signature Travel Architecture
Full Design and Signature Travel Architecture are separate services offered after scope review. Their deliverables, fees, payment schedules, revisions, booking or supplier involvement, communication boundaries, and support windows are defined in the applicable proposal and written engagement documents.
Nothing on the general website automatically includes, upgrades, or entitles a client to either service. Neither service implies unlimited availability, 24/7 concierge, or emergency response unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate and sufficiently complete information;
- identify fixed dates, existing bookings, traveler needs, and material constraints;
- review names, dates, rules, and time-sensitive details before booking;
- make final travel and purchasing decisions unless a separate scope says otherwise;
- review and accept supplier terms; and
- verify visa, entry, health, safety, insurance, and official travel requirements with the appropriate authority or qualified professional.
Do not send passport or government-ID numbers, full payment-card or bank details, medical records, account credentials, loyalty passwords, confirmation numbers, or an exact home address through a general form or ordinary email.
10. Suppliers and external conditions
Flights, hotels, transport, activities, insurance, restaurants, and other travel services are provided by independent suppliers. Unless a separate written scope expressly states otherwise, any supplier contract is between you and that supplier.
ELUZA does not control supplier inventory, pricing, terms, acts, omissions, insolvency, schedule changes, cancellations, service quality, or refund decisions. Travel information and external conditions can change after a document is delivered. You must verify time-sensitive information immediately before booking and again before travel.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
ELUZA retains ownership of its methods, frameworks, templates, document systems, and original materials. After full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your delivered Blueprint for the personal trip for which it was created.
You may share it privately with travelers in your group and professionals helping execute that trip. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, reproduce for commercial use, train a commercial system on, or represent the Blueprint or ELUZA methodology as your own.
ELUZA will not publicly identify your trip, quote your feedback, or use your materials as a testimonial or case study without the relevant permission.
12. Professional judgment and outcomes
ELUZA will perform the agreed work with professional care consistent with the purchased scope. Travel design involves judgment, preferences, incomplete information, and conditions outside ELUZA's control.
ELUZA does not guarantee that every traveler will agree with every decision, that no disruption will occur, or that the trip will produce a particular emotional, financial, or practical outcome. The value of the Blueprint is the reasoned structure and decision support delivered within scope.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy and communications
ELUZA handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Service communications—including payment, intake, delivery, clarification, and necessary follow-up—are part of administering the purchase or engagement.
Do not send restricted information through ordinary email or messaging. Notify ELUZA promptly if you believe a private link or communication has been accessed by someone who should not have access.
14. Changes to these Terms
ELUZA may update these Terms when the website, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. A material change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with you.
