Start with the Trip Design Blueprint.
A private, pre-booking decision document. It settles how your trip is structured before your reservations make those decisions for you.

What you're commissioning.
You're not buying an itinerary. You're commissioning judgment: a clear structure for the trip, and the reasoning behind it, before anything is booked.
The Blueprint resolves the decisions that determine whether the whole trip holds together:
- the route, and the order the parts happen in;
- the pace, and where the trip needs intensity or recovery;
- the bases or areas the trip is built around;
- what to leave out, and why;
- the risks worth planning around;
- the order your commitments should be made in;
- the next steps once the structure is set.
These are decisions, not features. The Blueprint makes them clear enough to act on.
What you receive.
- A private decision document that lays out the structure of your trip and the reasoning behind each decision, at a level you can act on directly.
- Clear next steps, so you know what to do once the structure is set.
- Delivery through the Private Travel File: a secure, private, read-only link you can return to, with version history retained.
- A permanent PDF, where applicable, so you keep a copy independent of the link.
What it is, and what it isn't.
A few boundaries, so the Blueprint is the right purchase for the right reason.
It's a decision document, not a day-by-day schedule. Booking isn't included by default: the Blueprint tells you what to book and in what order, and you (or a service you choose later) carry it out. Because reservations happen outside it, it doesn't guarantee availability, pricing, or partner benefits at the moment you book.
It doesn't include ongoing support or emergency assistance by default, and it doesn't automatically become Full Design or Signature Travel Architecture. Those are separate services, chosen separately, if and when a trip calls for them.
How it goes from here.
Which path fits your trip.
Two paths, for two different questions. The Blueprint is for a trip that still needs structure. The Fit Call is for uncertainty about which level of service the trip requires.
Start with the Blueprint if:
- the trip still has real structural decisions open;
- you want clear direction before you start booking;
- you're comfortable acting on the structure yourself afterward.
Start with a Fit Call if:
- you're unsure whether the Blueprint, Full Design, or Signature Travel Architecture is the right fit;
- major flights, hotels, or other commitments are already locked and have made the trip rigid;
- the trip involves several parties or unusual complexity;
- you're expecting deeper, hands-on design involvement or ongoing support.
A Fit Call is a short conversation about fit. It isn't a free planning session.
Before you decide.
Do I need a Fit Call first?
No. If the Blueprint fits your trip, you can start with it directly. The Fit Call is there for genuine questions about service fit, not as a gate.
Can I book the trip myself afterward?
Yes. The Blueprint is built to be independently actionable. You can carry it out yourself, in the right order, with the reasoning in hand.
What if I've already booked flights or hotels?
They can be treated as fixed inputs, but they reduce what the structure can change. If several major commitments are already locked, start with a Fit Call so we can determine which service still fits the trip.
Is it a day-by-day itinerary?
No. It's a decision document that structures the trip. It tells you what belongs, in what order, and why, rather than scheduling every hour.
What happens after the Blueprint?
You act on it. If you later decide a trip needs deeper design or ongoing support, that's a separate choice, made on its own terms.
Are availability or prices guaranteed?
No. Reservations happen outside the Blueprint, so availability, pricing, and partner benefits depend on the moment you book.
How are revisions or later changes handled?
The Blueprint is a final decision document and does not include a revision round. If something in the document is unclear, you may send one consolidated written clarification request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Clarification explains how to read or apply the delivered decisions; it does not add research, rebuild the route, or replace the agreed structure.
If the trip changes after delivery, ELUZA will determine whether the change fits a separately priced Blueprint Recalibration, requires a new Blueprint, or belongs in a deeper engagement. No additional work begins without your approval.
